TIPP: Step 3

As the TIPP Committee reviews your request--you will receive a contact within 72 hours of submission--for solution review, they will make contact to find out more about your needs. Some of the guiding questions--encapsulated in the TIPP Rubric--the Committee will consider include the following:

1. Does the solution align and/or comply with the EC Way?

2. Did proposed acquisition follow ECISD Business Practices and procurement processes?

3. Will the solution work on the District's technology infrastructure?

4. Are any data files needed and, if so, can those needs be met by our current student information system in the allotted time?

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once a decision is made, you will be notified via email or a phone call, and the results shared online. Approved requests appear on one page, while unapproved ones appears on another. 

You will also receive a special code you can include in your electronic requisition to expedite processing. For example, TIPP Code A01934
